Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to get a moving quote from C&R Moving, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnifiers or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What's built in
- Text and buttons checked for color contrast against WCAG AA
- Every page and the quote form work with a keyboard alone, with visible focus outlines
- A "skip to content" link and labeled page regions for screen readers
- Form fields with labels, and error messages announced when something's missing
- Descriptive text for meaningful images
- Animations turned off when your device asks for reduced motion
- Layouts that work from small phones (320 pixels wide) up, and at 200% zoom
We don't use an accessibility "overlay" widget. We'd rather build the site right.
Known limitations
Links to other sites, such as Google Maps reviews and Facebook, open pages we don't control, and their accessibility may differ from ours.
