Jefferson City is a small college town with two very different kinds of move. Near Carson-Newman University it's apartments and rentals, with a lot of turnover at the start and end of each semester. Out toward Cherokee Lake and Douglas Lake it's lake houses and cabins with long driveways, docks and boathouses full of gear.
