An office move costs money every hour the phones are down and the desks are in boxes. So the plan starts with your schedule: when you can stop working at the old space, and when people need to be at their desks in the new one. Then we work backwards from that.
The crew takes apart workstations and shelving, wraps the furniture, moves it, and puts each person's setup back together in the new space. Label the room numbers on your floor plan and we'll load and unload in that order.

Planning the move
Call and describe the space: square footage or rooms, how many people work there, the heaviest items, and the window you have to move in. Our phone is answered 24 hours a day, so you can call after you close up for the night.

Commercial moving questions
Can you move us on a weekend or after hours?
Ask us. Most businesses want to move when they're closed, and we'll tell you which days and times the crew is free when you call.
Do you move vacation rental furniture?
Yes. Furnishing a new rental cabin or swapping out beds and couches between bookings is the same work as a house move, just on a tighter clock.
Can you haul away the old furniture we don't want?
Yes. Old desks, chairs and broken fixtures can go with our junk removal service on the same trip.
